Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Customized or personalized jewelry is non-returnable

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges and transaction fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.
